Welcome to Room 108

Why Ritual Kits?

At Room 108, we believe that meaningful moments don’t have to be complicated.

Our ritual and meditation kits are designed to create small pockets of intention in everyday life. Each kit combines simple tools, thoughtful prompts, and symbolic items that encourage you to slow down, reflect, and reconnect with yourself.

Some people use these kits as part of a spiritual practice. Others use them as a mindfulness exercise, a creative ritual, or simply a reason to step away from the noise of daily life for a few moments.

There is no right way to use a ritual kit.

There are no special powers required, no secret knowledge to learn, and no perfect ritual to perform. The most important ingredient is your willingness to show up for yourself.

What Is a Ritual?

A ritual is simply an action performed with intention.

Lighting a candle before journaling.

Taking a deep breath before making a difficult decision.

Pulling a tarot card and reflecting on its message.

Holding a stone while setting a goal.

Making a cup of tea and allowing yourself ten uninterrupted minutes of peace.

When we perform ordinary actions with awareness and purpose, they become rituals. When repeated, rituals become habits that  anchor us, keep us stable, and allow a state of mind that has the ability to navigate turbulence.

Our kits are designed to support those moments.

How to Use Your Kit

Every kit is a little different, but here are a few suggestions:

Create a Space

Find a quiet corner, a favorite chair, a spot in nature, or simply a few inches of clear space on your desk.

You don’t need an elaborate altar or dedicated meditation room. A moment of intention is enough.

Slow Down

Before using your kit, take a few slow breaths.

Notice how you feel physically, mentally, and emotionally.

Allow yourself to arrive fully in the present moment.

Follow Your Curiosity

Some people enjoy using every item exactly as intended.

Others are drawn to certain pieces and ignore the rest.

Trust yourself

The kits are invitations, not instructions.

Reflect

Consider keeping a journal.

Write down thoughts, emotions, ideas, dreams, goals, or insights that arise during your practice.

Over time, you may begin to notice patterns and personal growth that would otherwise go unseen.

Making the Practice Your Own

Many of the items included in our kits carry symbolic meaning. Candles may represent focus or transformation. Stones may serve as reminders of intentions. Tarot cards may inspire reflection. Herbs and teas may encourage moments of comfort and calm.

The meaning you give these objects matters more than any traditional association.

Use what resonates.

Adapt what doesn’t.

Create a practice that feels authentic to you.

A Gentle Reminder

You do not need to be more spiritual, more experienced, more intuitive, or more enlightened to begin.

You are allowed to start exactly where you are.

Whether you’re seeking a moment of calm, exploring personal growth, building a mindfulness practice, or simply curious about ritual, these kits are designed to help you create intentional moments that belong entirely to you.

Welcome to Room 108

You are magic under construction.
