5 Minutes of Focus: Because sometimes your brain needs a timeout, not a meltdown. Pop this intention-in-a-bag, hit pause, and give yourself a mini getaway—no passport required. Refresh, reset, repeat (or just pretend you’re on a zen vacation). 

Contents: Scented tea light candle,2 guidance cards, bell, rose quartz. Bonus box-breathing card. 

instructions: when the moment is right, ring the bell to signal it is time for a break, light the eucalyptus candle for a breath of fresh air, hold the stone for a little self-love, focus on one of the words on a guidance card, and do a somatic breathing exercise. Give yourself 5 minutes to get back to center.
